What happens at a Talking Café?
Talking Cafés are your opportunity to drop into a local café each week and connect with others in your community. These casual and friendly gatherings are a great way to socialise, discover local events, and learn more about Living Our Best Life. With a warm and welcoming Talking Café host to guide the session, you’ll have the chance to chat, share, and even hear from guest speakers. Buy yourself a coffee (if you like), settle in, and enjoy some quality conversation. These one-hour sessions are open to everyone 65+, no bookings required—just come along whenever it suits you.
